  • Name2.The garages, once provided, shall thereafter permanently remain available for car parking. 3.Any shared private drives serving no more than a total of 5 dwellings shall be a minimum of 4.25 metres wide for at least the first 5 metres behind the highway boundary and have a drop crossing of a minimum size as shown in Figure DG20 of the 6CsDG at its junction with the adopted road carriageway. The access drive shall be provided before any dwelling hereby permitted is first occupied and shall thereafter be permanently so maintained. NOTE: If the access is bounded immediately on one side by a wall, fence or other structure, an additional 0.5 metre strip will be required on that side. If it is so bounded on both sides, additional 0.5 metre strips will be required on both sides. . 4.Prior to the occupation of the 100th dwelling, the highway works as generally shown on the Ridehalgh Nicholls drawing E100-10-05 shall be provided to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. 5.Before first occupation of any dwelling, car parking shall be provided, hard surfaced and made available for use to serve that dwelling on the basis of the approved reserved matters and permissions under P/15/1799/2, P/16/2090/2 and P/16/2290/2. The parking spaces so provided shall thereafter be permanently so maintained. 6.Visibility splays of 2.4metres by 120 metres shall be maintained at the junction of the access with Barkby Road. Nothing shall be allowed to grow above a height of 0.6 metres above ground level within the visibility splays. 7.The traffic calming scheme to Barkby Road approved under reference P/16/0403/2 shall be fully implemented in accordance with the agreed timescales. 8.The construction traffic/site traffic management plan, including wheel cleansing facilities and vehicle parking facilities, approved under reference P/16/0403/2, shall be retained and implemented throughout the construction process. 9.A revised Residential Travel Plan shall be submitted to and agre
